Threshold Report ('we', 'us', or 'our') is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our service at threshold.report. By using Threshold Report, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
We collect only the information necessary to generate your report. This includes financial inputs you provide during the report flow (salary, monthly expenses, savings, severance, and income stream selections), your email address (used solely to deliver your report), and payment information processed securely by our payment provider. We do not have access to your full card details at any point.
Your financial inputs are used exclusively to calculate your personalised 36-month runway model and generate your AI advisory roadmap. Your email address is used to deliver your completed report and for no other purpose. We do not use your financial inputs for marketing, profiling, benchmarking, or any secondary purpose.
We do not store your financial input data in any persistent database. Your salary, expenses, savings, and income stream selections are processed in-session and passed through our report generation pipeline via encrypted metadata. Once your report has been generated and delivered, your input data is not retained on our servers. Your email address is retained only as needed to deliver your report and is not added to any marketing list.
We do not log, store, or analyse the financial figures you enter into Threshold Report. Your salary, savings, expenses, and personal circumstances are your own. They are used in real time to generate your report and are not written to any log file, database, or analytics system. We will never sell, share, or disclose your financial inputs to any third party.
We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate Threshold Report. These include a PCI-compliant payment processor to handle transactions securely, an AI inference provider to generate your report, a transactional email provider to deliver your report, and a cloud hosting provider to serve the application. Your data is transmitted to these providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the Service, and each operates under its own privacy policy and data processing standards. We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party.
Threshold Report does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioural analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar third-party tracking tools. Basic server logs (IP address, page requests, timestamps) may be retained temporarily by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.
All data transmitted to and from Threshold Report is encrypted in transit using TLS. Payment processing is handled entirely by our payment provider and is PCI-compliant. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information.
You have the right to request confirmation of what information we hold about you, request deletion of your email address from our records, and raise a complaint if you believe your data has been handled improperly. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@threshold.report. We will respond within 30 days.
Threshold Report is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our service, please contact us and we will take prompt action to remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Threshold Report after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
