Terms of Service

Effective date: 18 February 2026

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Threshold Report at threshold.report ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and purchasers of the Service.

Description of Service

Threshold Report provides a personalised financial modelling tool that generates a 36-month post-exit cash flow projection, an AI-generated income transition roadmap, and supporting analysis based on user-submitted financial inputs. The Service is delivered as a one-time digital report following payment of the applicable fee.

Not Financial Advice

The content generated by Threshold Report is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in your report constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice. Threshold Report is not a registered financial advisor, investment advisor, or financial planning service. The projections, models, and recommendations contained in your report are based solely on the inputs you provide and represent illustrative scenarios, not guarantees of future income or financial outcomes. You should consult a qualified financial advisor, accountant, or other licensed professional before making any significant financial, career, or investment decisions. Reliance on any information provided by Threshold Report is solely at your own risk.

No Guarantee of Results

Income projections, break-even timelines, runway calculations, and income stream targets provided in your report are estimates based on simplified financial models. They do not account for taxes, inflation, market conditions, economic factors, individual circumstance, or other variables that may materially affect your financial outcomes. Actual results may differ materially from any projection contained in your report. Past performance of any income strategy is not indicative of future results.

Payment and Refunds

Access to your full report requires a one-time payment of $9 USD, processed securely via our payment provider. All payments are final. Due to the digital and immediately-delivered nature of the Service, we do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from receiving your report, contact us at hello@threshold.report and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide an alternative remedy.

Accuracy of Input Data

The quality and relevance of your report depends entirely on the accuracy of the information you provide. You represent that the financial inputs you submit are truthful to the best of your knowledge. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in your report that result from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading inputs.

Intellectual Property

The Threshold Report platform, including its design, code, branding, and methodology, is the intellectual property of Threshold Report and its operators. Your individual report is generated for your personal use. You may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, or distribute your report or any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Threshold Report and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any decisions made in reliance on your report. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information provided is complete, accurate, or current. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
